The St. Joseph County Intermediate School District (ISD) Board of Education is seeking an innovative and experienced leader to serve as its next Superintendent. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and dynamic educator who will lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

SJCISD Superintendent Search

The St. Joseph County ISD Board of Education is seeking an innovative, experienced and collaborative leader who is ready to make a meaningful difference!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Michigan Department of Education Administrator Certification requirements must be met

  • Strong preference will be given to individuals with:

    • MA in Education

    • 30 graduate hours in Education Administration or related discipline

    • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a superintendent, ISD administrator, and/or district K-12 administrator

    • Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience

  • The Board prefers that the selected candidate reside within 20 miles of St. Joseph County, Michigan
