Substitute Teachers - Assistant Teachers
Beginning July 1, 2020, EDUStaff will employ all of St. Joseph County substitute teachers as well as the ISD program substitute assistant teachers.
Substitutes must register with EDUStaff and complete the required paperwork to be eligible to substitute teach in St. Joseph County. Visit EDUStaff, and click the start application at the top of the page.
New substitutes MUST be fingerprinted using the St. Joseph County ISD’s Livescan Fingerprint Request Form.
After you have been fingerprinted, you MUST return the completed, original, Livescan Fingerprint Request Form to the St. Joseph County ISD. We will not be able to share your fingerprint results with EDUStaff if we do not have this form on file.
If you have been fingerprinted at an educational agency (other than public schools in St. Joseph County) and have been in continuous employment (either as a substitute or as a school employee) for the last school year, you may not need to be re-fingerprinted. Please complete the Fingerprint Release Form and e-mail to phagelgans@sjcisd.org.
