Pupil Accounting

The 2025-26  Pupil Count Days are listed below (the first Wednesday in October and the second Wednesday in February, unless changed by our Michigan Legislature)

• Wednesday, October 1, 2025
• Wednesday, February 11, 2026

Schools receive state aid dollars for each student enrolled in and attending their district on each count day.  Forms, timelines, and other information may be requested by contacting Theresa Sussdorf, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent/Pupil Accounting Auditor or Yvonne Vanderwiel, Administrative/Pupil Auditing Manager.
